We help organisations create the listening conditions where people can do their best work, not just get by. Our core offer is the Attuned Listening workshop - the foundation for building psychological safety and EQ development that are essential in this period of AI adoption. This offering is supported by executive coaching and bespoke support for HR and People & Culture teams. Our work is evidence-based and grounded in the Greenhouse EQ Leadership Index, so you can teach, observe, and measure change.
We mainly work with HR leaders, People & Culture managers, L&D leads, and DEI teams in mid-sized organisations in Netherlands and throughout Europe, we also work remotely with businesses in the US. You may be a strong fit if your team is mission-driven, international, working through complexity, AI integration, psychological safety or supporting neuroinclusion and rapid change. Organisations with around 100 to 2,000 employees, and an English-speaking leadership layer, tend to benefit most from our work.
Most emotional intelligence frameworks measure personality traits — things that are relatively fixed. The Greenhouse EQ Leadership Index measures what you do in the moment of contact: specific, observable, sequenced behaviours that can be trained, practised, and tracked over time. The result is that EQ stops being a soft aspiration and becomes a hard, measurable skill.
Greenhouse provides — and a combination of the underlying principles in both coaching and training. Greenhouse delivers structured, skills-based learning (training), guided professional reflection (coaching), and where appropriate, one-to-one support for leaders navigating interior complexity. The organisational offer is grounded in evidence and delivered in a format appropriate for professional settings. No personal disclosure is required in group workshops.
